Must use a credit card or purchase order. If paying by purchase order please note your registration will not be confirmed until we receive the actual purchase order from your school.
Mail in Registration
Download a copy of the registration form and mail to the address indicated on the form. Please be sure to write clearly, we are not responsible for missed registration deadlines due to illegible writing.
