To submit a nomination for Honors of the
Association, Outstanding Public School Clinician,
Clinical Achievement
Award, or the CSAP Nancy McKinley Leadership Award:
obtain permission from the nominee
submit the nominee's name,
address, phone number, and email to the Honors Committee Chair by December 1
Please note that all nominees must be
current MSHA members.The Honors
Committee will contact the nominee to confirm acceptance of the nomination and
make arrangements to forward appropriate forms to the nominee.The nominee is
responsible for submitting the appropriate completed forms to the Honors
Committee before the deadline (January 30th of the award year).
