The MSHA nomination procedure has been revised for the following MSHA honors:
To submit a nomination for Honors of the Association, Outstanding Public School Clinician, or Clinical Achievement Award, obtain permission from the nominee, and submit the nominee's name, address, and phone number to the Honors Committee Chair by December 1.
 
The Honors Committee will contact the nominee to confirm acceptance of the nomination and make arrangements to forward appropriate forms to the nominee.
 
The nominee is responsible for submitting the appropriate completed forms to the Honors Committee before the deadline (January 30th of the award year).
